If you are uploading data files (e.g. sequencing or microscopy data files) to Synapse and annotating files with metadata in preparation for publication, public release, and dissemination on the CCKP, please consider reviewing the following how-to guides:

If you are NOT uploading data files, but are providing metadata annotations for resources that are disseminated on the CCKP but are accessed / reside outside of Synapse (e.g. a publication listed on PubMed or a computational tool available on Github), please consider reviewing the following how-to guides:
